Science

The Science Department at PCDS is committed to helping students develop a strong curiosity and sense of excitement about scientific issues and about the changing environment in which they live. Our program prepares students to utilize science for improving their own lives and for coping with an increasingly technological world. Science at PCDS aims to develop student attitudes that encourage the use of science in making everyday decisions and solving everyday problems. Our program allows students who are likely to pursue science academically, as well as professionally, to acquire the skills appropriate for their needs.
