LibrariesThe Phoenix Country Day School libraries strive to fulfill their primary mission to provide an intellectual resource for students and faculty. The three librarians serve as leaders who provide the resources and services essential to the educational program and the purposes and objectives of the School. The Phoenix Country Day School library system consists of three state-of-the-art libraries, one in each division. The library collections, philosophies, and personnel focus on the differing developmental and academic needs of their respective divisions. Each librarian continually reviews the collection with an eye toward currency, relevance and educational value. The librarians work closely with the faculty in each division to determine what resources are needed to support their curricula; they also provide students with instruction in library use.
